Every corporation must have a Minute Book as per corporation act. To open a bank account, a Minute Book is required by banks. This legal document defines the owner (shareholder) of the corporation, share structure of corporation. Without defining shareholders of the corporation, it is not legal for someone to take corporation's money to his/her account.
