  • Minimum 1 director is required.
Address Requirements:
  • Registered Address must be a physical address in Nunavut.
  • Mailing Address can be a PO Box address within the province.
Incorporation Date: Future date for Incorporation is allowed for registration.

  • A name approval is required before registering the corporation.
  • A distinctive and descriptive word is required to fulfill the name requirement.
