What Are Articles of Amendment?
Articles of Amendment are official legal documents used to make formal changes to a corporation’s original Articles of Incorporation. They are filed with the corporate registry in the jurisdiction where the business is incorporated (Federal, Ontario, Alberta, etc.).

- NUANS report required for name changes
- British Columbia requires filing a Notice of Alteration
- Payment of the government filing fee
